They laugh like the oldest of friends. In that straight from your soul, whole-hearted, incapable of stopping way. And in an instant that moment of uproarious laughter so easily turns into something different. Something more intimate, and just for the two of them. And watching them, you know that what they’ve found in each other, this perfect mix of a best friend combined with a soulmate and topped with so many other things they have been lucky enough to find, that indescribable combination can only be described as love . . . . .

Kim and Felipe are married! After a sweet first look and letter exchange (that in true to them style was full of laughter), they said their “I-Do’s” in an outdoor ceremony at Sunken Gardens. We loved that they included the Harry Potter book Felipe proposed with as the ring holder (seriously, how AWESOME is this book?!) and that it was set to the chapter “The Unbreakable Vow”. The ceremony had the most beautiful backdrop of greenery and wildflowers, and included locking away love letters to each other to be read on their fifth anniversary (with some wine of course ; ).
Kim looked absolutely stunning in a flowy Allure dress from Jon’s Bridal and the most perfect Kate Spade heels, and Felipe definitely gave James Bond a run for his money. We had so much fun exploring the always stunning gardens with these two, laughing every step of the way, and are absolutely obsessed with every single one of their portraits. If this is any indication to how the rest of 2016 is going to go, we think it’s safe to say we’re going to be preeeettty spoiled!
Kim + Felipe, from the moment we first Skyped with you both, we have loved being a part of this chapter of your lives! Thank you for not only making our jobs so incredibly easy, but for all the laughs along the way! Can’t wait to see you guys next time you’re down this way!
