wishing well barn engagement party: yara + wissam

Back in December we got coffee with Yara, and we bonded instantly. 1) Because she is just about the sweetest ever and 2). Because she is every bit as detail-oriented (aka detail OBSESSED) as me. So after chatting about all of the different elements of her Wishing Well Barn engagement party, my  bar was set pretty high. Well friends, this is one of those rare times in life when my super high expectations were exceeded. Because this? This was no mere engagement party. This was an event styled every bit as beautifully as a full on wedding reception, and we absolutely adored every bit of it. From the centerpieces to the desserts (complete with bow-topped cupcakes!) to the fact that there was a real live HORSE, this day was pure perfection. And I can think of no better way to start an engagement than with a perfectly perfect day!

Yara and Wissam, we were so glad to spend this evening with you guys, and hope everything goes well with the big day back home! See you sometime in Chicago!
