sarasota wedding at banyan grove: jenn + steve

They spoke abridged versions of their vows that day. Not because they hadn’t come prepared, and not because they each didn’t have an overflow of kind words for the other. But because their’s is a kind of love that runs so deep it is hard to express. He couldn’t say how much she had changed him without a lump rising in his throat. And she couldn’t talk of the joy he brought her without tears clouding her vision. Their’s is a kind of love that is greater than the words anyone could use to describe it. So instead they held hands, looked into each other’s eyes, and let their hearts say it all for them . . . . . . . . . . . .

Jenn and Steve are married! They had a gorgeously intimate wedding at Banyan Grove with a ceremony for their immediate family followed by an evening reception with their expanded group of friends. Jenn wore a perfectly fitted gown with the most romantic sleeves, and Steve looked every bit as stunning in a completely custom suit he designed himself. After the sweetest first look full of aaaallll the tears and laughter, the two of them were wed in a picture-perfect afternoon ceremony.

Jenn walked down the aisle, which was lined with eclectic rugs, and joined Steve under the most stunning asymmetrical arch. The two of them said their vows beneath the towering banyan trees, and we simply loved how their ceremony felt. With it being a smaller group of their nearest and dearest, every single person in attendance was so clearly invested in their marriage, and it gave the ceremony such a palpable feeling of warmth and meaning. After the ceremony the two of them spent a few quiet moments alone for portraits (but not before sneaking in some snaps with their adorable flower girl and ring bearer) and we adored all the charming nooks that Banyan Grove had to offer.

Dinner was a romantic multi-course feast beneath the string lights, with everyone sitting at one long feasting table and lush greenery winding between the place settings. Wine flowed freely, the food was amazing, and it truly felt like such a perfect celebration of the couple at the center of it all. After a quick cake cutting the remainder of the guests arrived, and the dance party kicked off complemented by the most charming mobile bar and a late night snack in the form of the most delish wood-fired pizza. It was such a perfect celebration that left us oh-so-excited to be back for another wedding at Banyan Grove one day!

Jenn and Steve, we don’t know if it’s getting weird JUST how much we tell you we adore you, but just in case you don’t know WE DO 😉 Thank you so much for including us in every minute of this adventure, it’s been a wild ride but we’re so glad we were finally able to be a part of your wedding day and are so excited for everything this next chapter is going to bring!

Love + Laughs,

Sarah & Ben
