The window light washed into the room, spilling onto her face and white dress. She laughed as she twirled her veil between her fingers and looked over her shoulder back towards him. Her groom. And as he stood watching her, with a look one can only describe as complete and total adoration and the most lasting of loves, he spoke. “I could watch this forever”. Not loud enough to have the purpose of anyone hearing him, but just because it came naturally to him in that moment. Because it was the truth.
And that is how the two of them love each other. Not for show or for anyone else’s benefit. Not because it looks or sounds good. But because it is simply what comes naturally. For each of them, loving the other is just what they were meant to do.

Sam and Greg are married! After having so much fun with the two of them at their Sunken Gardens engagement we were beyond excited to spend another awesome day together, and their Oxford Exchange wedding day most definitely didn’t disappoint. The two of them got ready at the Marriott Waterside, where Sam put on the most stunning Anne Barge gown, before sharing a first look at OE. It was the sweetest moment when Greg finally got to see his bride, with the two of them sharing a long hug that had all of us in the room getting a little teary eyed. And later in the night, the two of them were married in the Atrium of OE beneath a floral huppah that Botanica seriously KILLED. It was the kind of thing that wedding dreams are made of, and was also the perfect accent to their amazing cake that made it’s debut later in the night.
This day was full of so many awesome moments, from Sam’s first look with her dad to the incredible speeches given later in the night, to every little laugh the two of them shared in between. And the color palette of the wedding was perfect for the setting, with hues of green and merlot popping against the amazing decor. Bridesmaids chose their own elegant black dresses (which even included the most awesome pantsuit) and the entire bridal party looked so perfectly timeless (which you know made Sarah’s 85 year old heart so happy!) The best wedding days are the ones that stand the test of time, and this one (just like the love it celebrated) most definitely will.
Sam and Greg, we couldn’t have loved spending this day with you two any more! You guys are some of the sweetest and most genuine humans we’ve ever had the honor of photographing, and we sincerely hope you two stay in touch!
Love + Laughs,
Sarah & Ben
