barrington hill wedding: ashlea + anthony

There were keys everywhere you looked that day. They were on the invitation that brought together all of their most favorite faces, and on the boutonniere he wore on his lapel. A key adorned the ribbon that wrapped her bouquet, and one leaned against the doors that swung open just before she walked down the aisle. But of all the keys scattered throughout their best day ever, there were two that were infinitely more important than the rest. And those were the ones they each held to the other’s heart, as they had for so many years before . . . .

Ashlea + Anthony are married! They had a beautiful (and so incredibly detailed!) wedding day at Barrington Hill Farm, on a perfectly sunny day last week. We loved all the lace details of Ashlea’s dress, and the fact that she had a heart sewn into the front of her dress in honor of her grandpa (it was so sweet that it fell right by her feet, which made it like he was right there walking down the aisle with her). After sharing a smiley first look alongside the barn, the bride and groom said their vows in an outdoor ceremony beneath the canopy of an oak tree, and then explored the lovely grounds of Barrington Hill for some portraits. We were seriously in awe of all the fun details that made up their big day, from the key motif that flowed throughout the day to the popcorn favors, to all the vintage furniture scattered throughout the property. It was just perfect and we felt so spoiled to be the ones to document it all!

Ash + Ant, we just love you two to bits! Thank you for being so incredibly welcoming to us, and for not only inviting us to document your big day but for truly making us feel like an important part of it.
