We don’t remember much about our very first meeting with Cassie + Jonathan, except that we laughed. A LOT. The entire thing went by in such a wonderfully giggly blur that we left knowing only two things. These were for sure our kind of people, and we were going to be so very sad if we didn’t get to spend more time with them. Because they even got our references to weird British tv shows. And that, friends, is just plain rare.
Needless to say we were more than stoked when they invited us to officially be a part of their big day, and couldn’t wait to get together with them for their engagement session. And this engagement session ended up being just plain epic, because the two of them decided to spend the first half of it at Amalie Arena where they are Lightning season ticket holders. We loved returning to the arena to shoot again, and afterwards headed downtown to finish by the water and the twinkly lights of the The Straz.
Cassie + Jonathan, thank you for an amazing afternoon! We loved getting to spend more time with you guys, and can’t wait to do it all again in October!
