They stood together looking into each other’s eyes, beneath the arch he had made with bamboo from their back yard. With his own hands he had joined each of the pieces just as their hands were now joined beneath them. She smiled with that special glint in her eyes as he spoke his vows with a few tears in his. And as they tied the knot beneath the one he himself had tied out of cloth, it was impossible not to feel the happiness emanating from both of their hearts, as that day they officially became a we . . . . . .

Melissa + Dan are married! We were so excited to spend the day with them (and their awesome group of friends we have been lucky enough to work with before) and had the best time with everyone! The two of them had a sweet first look at The Tradewinds before heading over to Tampa Bay Watch to say their vows in a ceremony by the water. We were so impressed with all of their outdoor decor not only because they made so much of it but because it truly transformed the lawn of the property. From all of the adorable signage to the fact that Dan legit MADE the arch the two of them were married under, it was so awesome to know how much of the two of them was in every detail.

The reception was an awesome party, and was not only filled with dancing, outdoor games and s’mores, but also a brand new drinking game we had never seen before. It was SO much fun and we loved documenting every minute of it!
