There are some weddings that leave us smiling for days, and Irem and Nathan’s Oxford Exchange wedding was one of those from start to finish. With a blend of elegance, originality, and joyful cultural traditions, their day was uniquely theirs and we loved every minute of it.
We began the day amidst the gorgeous greenery of Plant Park, where Irem and Nathan shared a first look that was full of smiles, sweet moments, and just the right amount of happy nerves. From there, we took a stroll to capture some portraits before making our way back to Oxford.
Their ceremony took place in the cozy and intimate setting downstairs at Oxford Exchange. With candlelight flickering and everyone gathered close, the whole thing felt like a warm hug in wedding form. These two skipped the traditional aisle walk and entered the ceremony hand in hand. We’re still not over how meaningful that entrance felt.
Then it was time to party! The reception dinner was held in the stunning OE atrium, where the white brick walls and greenery created the perfect backdrop for their celebration. One of our favorite parts of the night? The traditional Turkish dancing that had guests of every generation clapping, spinning, and cheering. It was the kind of joy you could feel in your bones.
Irem and Nathan, thank you for letting us be part of such of your heartfelt and beautiful wedding day. It was as stylish and genuine as the two of you and we feel lucky to have captured it all.
