harborside chapel wedding: cayley + judson

They both come from deep rooted families. The kind that make you instantly feel warmth when you walk into a room, and who make you feel welcome from the very first meeting. The kind of families that just naturally exude love. And seeing those two families come together that day, and feeling the overflow of that love exploding through the chapel walls, was simply indescribable. With a kiss and a promise, the two of them started a new branch of these deeply rooted trees that afternoon. And watching them run through the tunnel of bubbles with huge smiles on their faces it was obvious that their’s too, would be one of big love.

Cayley and Judson are married! The two of them said their “I do’s” in a Harborside Chapel wedding ceremony that felt like something straight out of a movie. From the beautiful underscore of music as the pastor spoke to the way everyone in attendance blessed their marriage at the end, there were so many moments during this ceremony that filled our hearts. And then, the newlyweds shared their first married kiss and the room broke into such a giant celebration it full on exploded those hearts. Luckily, we recovered just in time to document their bubble exit from the chapel ; )

The bride shared in a trio of first looks before she walked down the aisle in her BHLDN gown. After her mom and sisters got to see her, she was met with tons of excited squeals from her bridesmaids and the biggest smile from her Dad. All three moments were so sweet to capture and made us all the more excited for Jud to get to see his bride. And speaking of the groom, Jud looked incredibly timeless in a classic black tux which his Best Man (who also happened to be his dad) helped him into at the beginning of the day.
After a few portraits at the chapel, we all headed out to Clearwater Beach for their Sandpearl Resort reception. The newlyweds shared a quiet moment on the beach for some portraits before heading in to their celebration (which was anything but quiet because Eric with Grand Hemond provided an epic set list). A duo of cakes joined a desert bar which was almost as sweet as the the dances and speeches that kicked off the party.

There is so much more we could share about this day, but let’s be honest – we know you just want to get to the pictures! So we’ll just end by saying that this was one of those wedding days that somehow felt even better than it looked (Which after you see everything below is saying A LOT.) This was not only due to the sweetness of the couple at the center of it all but because of the amazing family and friends that surrounded them. A wedding isn’t just about two people coming together, but rather two families joining together, and every bit of this day truly felt like it.

Cayley and Jud, you guys have been so much fun to be with through this whole process. The two of you are somehow even more beautiful on the inside than on the out, and documenting your wedding journey has been so incredibly joyful for us. Hope you love these sneak peeks every bit as much as we do <3
