They kiss in the way you can still feel their smiles. And they laugh in the way usually reserved for someone you haven’t seen in years. Every laugh with the same breath of excitement that comes from truly being excited to see the other person. And after just an hour with them you know that it is not just because they are getting married that day. Or because it is anything out of the ordinary. You know in your heart that it is because they are not only completely and utterly in love with each other, but they are also the best of friends. You know, without a doubt, that they have each found their one . . . .

Joann + Andy (or Joandy to those of us who know and adore them) are married!! They had the most amazing wedding day filled with so much love and laughter. After a first-look in the maze of the Dali Museum (can we just talk about how cute Andy’s reaction was?!) the two of them were married in a ceremony that included laughs, sweet words, and in true Joann fashion – a soft pretzel. It was the best surprise ever when their pastor pulled out an Aunt Annie’s bag in the middle of the ceremony and started comparing their relationship to it. Loved it!
The reception took place at the Gulfport Casino, and was full of some seriously amazing food and a party that was every bit as awesome! We loved all of the colorful touches throughout the room which really made it feel like a party, and matched the rest of the day perfectly. (Sidenote, how much do you LOVE the bridal party colors?! Taking group shots was the easiest ever, because everyone had a color buddy!)
Joann + Andy, this is usually the part where we thank you guys for an amazing day and tell you to keep in touch, but we refuse to do that.
As Noah would say in The Notebook “This still isn’t over”. You guys are some of the most genuine, fun, and incredibly sweet people we have ever met and this amazing day is just the start of an awesome friendship. See you soon for croquet!
