He makes her smile in a way that can warm even a wet, foggy day. And she makes his eyes light up in a way that makes everything seem a little sunnier. And now that they’ve promised their forevers? Well that means warm hearts and sunny skies for the rest of their days . . .

Jonathan and Malinda are married! They had a beautiful ceremony and reception at the Davis Islands Garden Club (where we always LOVE shooting!), and even though it rained through most of their first look and portraits it was perfectly dry (and even a little sunny!) for their outdoor ceremony. This wedding day had a killer color palette, full of tons of soft mint and coral, and we loved the classic and timeless feel all of the hues gave the day. I absolutely adored how perfect Malinda’s veil looked with her short hair, and can we just talk about the shoes?! AMAZING.
The reception tables were decorated with assorted centerpieces of succulents and flowers, and while the room looked great the dance party that happened in there was even better! This was a reception that truly felt like two families becoming one, and it was so fun to watch everyone mingle on the dance floor (which was packed thanks to the always amazing Cory from Grant Hemond).
Malinda and Jonathan, we just <3 you two to bits! Thank you so much for a wonderful day and for being so insanely easy to work with!
