The story of their wedding day is simple in the very best of ways, the kind that feels solely about them. It is more about the way she looked at him than the way the centerpieces looked on the dinner tables. More about who the people were that witnessed their ceremony than how they were arranged. It’s simply a story about the greatest kind of love. And when you have a love like that, it’s not about any of the other details or scenery. It’s about starting the next chapter of that story with the person you want to write it with. And that day, they began the chapter called forever . . . . .

Heather + Scott are married! They had an intimate ceremony and dinner at The Charthouse on a beautiful Saturday evening in December. Heather got ready at the always lovely Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, and we had so, SO much fun exploring the property and getting some stunning bridals of her. I mean seriously. Who looks THIS good in real life? We kept joking with Heather that she looked like she hopped right out of the pages of a bridal magazine and in front of our cameras, but we were really completely serious. Both she and Scott exuded so much joy and love all day it was impossible for them not to look amazing! 

Their ceremony was conducted by a close friend, and everyone stood in a circle around them as they said their vows. It was so sweet to see all of their guests so invested in their ceremony, and having each and every person be so completely present as the vows were spoken only gave the ceremony that much more meaning. Afterwards we had a blast with the two of them grabbing some quick portraits before they headed into the restaurant for dinner and toasts.

Heather + Scott, thank you so much for inviting us to be a part of such a big day in your lives. You two made our jobs so incredibly easy, and we were beyond happy to be their!
