They are constantly laughing together. Him making the kind of jokes that make her roll her eyes. And her wittily responding to every one of his one liners. It’s like watching old friends who haven’t seen each other in the longest of times. Because they are simply excited to be in each other’s presence. And that day, as they promised each other their forever’s and officially joined their lives, it was that laughter that let you know that no matter what came their way, they would be fine. Because no matter the place or situation, the sunshine or the rain, together they will be laughing. . . . .

Anne & Steven are married! They had an amazing Oxford Exchange wedding ceremony on the marble floor in front of the grandfather clock which we loved! We hadn’t seen a ceremony setup like that before at OE. But we thought it was so perfectly dramatic. Anne got to descend the grand staircase as part of her walk down the aisle. And she looked stunning in a Modern Trousseau dress! We just couldn’t stop raving about how absolutely classic her entire look was. Steven looked every bit as awesome in a textured Hugo Boss suit. And as an added bonus, surprised Anne with custom made socks sporting their dogs faces! In short, every bit of their look was just on POINT.
After the ceremony, the room was flipped speedily by the team at Oxford Exchange. And the cocktail hour and reception felt just as customized to the couple as their ceremony. With custom made coloring books and a unique lounge set up, the decor was kept simple with pops of greenery and neutral florals. Additionally, the couple opted for dinner stations and open seating which was a neat twist on a traditional reception that gave the evening a true party feel. So needless to say, the celebration that kicked off post dinner was amazing!
We loved every bit of this wedding, mostly because of how much we adore the couple at the center of it all. So it would be impossible to pick a favorite moment. But there will be few moments able to beat the feeling of Anne walking down the aisle during their Oxford Exchange wedding ceremony as live music played by her family. Because when the trumpets and guitar began “All You Need is Love”, and she started her journey down the steps, there wasn’t an arm that didn’t enter full-on goosebump mode!
Anne and Steven, we just adore you two to bits and hope to keep you guys close as long as we can before we lose you to Europe! So we hope you enjoy some of our favorite glimpses of a seriously awesome day!
