There’s something about a Westgate River Ranch wedding that feel a little bit magical. Maybe it’s the southern charm, the cozy cabins, or the fact that you can spot a herd of buffalo just casually hanging out. Whatever it is, it was the perfect backdrop for Evan and Kelly’s big day.
These two kicked things off with a first look on the front porch of one of the ranch’s cabins, and we swear you could feel the excitement from a mile away. Kelly looked like an actual fairytale princess in her ballgown (bonus points for the most stunning floral shoes ever) and Evan’s face said it all when he saw her. Kelly also shared a first look with their son Noah, and it was the sweetest, most heart-squeezing moment.
The ceremony took place inside the ranch’s white chapel, and somewhere between the vows and the happy tears, Evan sat down at a keyboard and sang her a song. (Yes, sang – we’re still not over it.) It was beautiful, heartfelt, and the kind of thing that makes everyone in the room remember exactly what weddings are about.
When it came time to celebrate, Evan and Kelly went all out. Their first dance was like something straight out of a movie—complete with a fog machine and cold sparks lighting up the room. (They even brought it back for their private last dance, because once is simply not enough.)The whole day felt like a perfect mix of romance and genuine, joyful fun. Evan and Kelly are clearly best friends as well as partners, and their wedding was proof that you can create a day that’s both meaningful and an absolute blast.
Evan + Kelly, thank you for letting us tag along for all the laughs, the tears, and the magical spark-filled moments. We feel so lucky we got to capture it all—and we’ll be humming your ceremony song for a long, long time.
