She walked on blue soles, and seemingly floated through the day in the way you do when you’re heart is so full it could burst. And wearing the most perfect of dresses, the kind that little girls dream of as they imagine their most perfect days, she stepped out onto the balcony to meet her groom. And moments later, when she found her way into his arms for the first time that day, they were not only the arms of the man she would marry, but the arms of her best friend. The man responsible for the float in her steps and the smile on her face. The man, who from this day forward, would be the reason for it all . . . . .

Kaitlin and Andrew are married! Kaitlin spent the morning getting ready with her ladies in a beautiful suite at the Vinoy, where her mom helped her into the most beautiful lace dress and sparkly accessories. We adored the plummeting back of her dress, and the something blue found on the bottom of her gem-accented Betsey Johnson flats! When it was time for their first look, Andrew did the most adorable double take and then went straight into a pulse check, which was just the cutest thing ever. But looking at Kaitlin it was completely understandable that he was worried about his heart exploding because she looked every bit the perfect, timeless bride. The bridesmaids wore dresses in a light, cheery shade of yellow (which was just perfect for a spring wedding day!) which perfectly complemented the smiles the newlyweds had on their faces all day long.

After a ceremony in downtown St. Pete, everyone returned to the Vinoy for an awesome party of a reception. The room was decorated with full floral centerpieces in crisp, clean colors, and we loved that Andrew’s brother (who was unable to make it due to his military assignment) was still able to give his Best Man speech via video. All in all it was such a perfect, love-filled day for two sweet people who were simply happy to be together and couldn’t deserve each other anymore.

Andrew + Kaitlin, thank you for SUCH an incredibly fun day! We loved spending every minute of it by your side and hope you adore these highlights of it as much as we adored putting it together.
