The sun hadn’t shone much that day, but the minute the two of them came up the aisle, the clouds parted and it was as if the whole world felt the warmth of their love. As if even the sky couldn’t help but smile. And that’s simply the kind of love that they have. The kind that could easily move mountains, effortlessly clear away the clouds, and bring a smile to anyone lucky enough to witness it’s greatness . . . . . .

Jourdan and Stephen are married! They spoke their vows in the beautifully rustic setting of The Wedding Retreat, after a first look among the tall trees of their venue. Jourdan stunned in a gorgeously fitted gown (which sweetly echoed some of the design elements of her grandmother’s wedding dress), that had every one of us gushing over how beautifully timeless she looked ALL. DAY. LONG. And Stephen (while already looking handsome himself) looked even better once he wore the giant smile that Jourdan always seems to bring to his face. The palette chosen for the day perfectly popped against the hues of the setting, and the tiniest little trio of flower girls totally stole everyone’s hearts in their fluffy white tutus.
When it came time for the dances, all of the songs (including the first dance!) were kept a surprise, with Stephen choosing their first dance and Jourdan not knowing what it was until the first notes began to play. It was such a sweet moment to watch her recognize the song he had picked and happily fall into his arms. From there, after dining in the open air setting, the newlyweds danced with their guests all night long until heading out through a tunnel of sparklers!
Jourdan and Stephen, thank you so much for such a wonderful day! We loved getting to be the ones to spend it by your sides and can’t wait for all the new adventures (including the big move!) that life is going to throw your way!
