She descended the grand staircase, hand clutching the wooden rail as her train flowed down the patterned steps. And as she reached the last few he turned around to see her, causing that wide, eyes crinkly, genuine smile he seems to save just for her. And there they stood, looking at each other in a moment that seemed to freeze time, before she walked down the last few steps towards his open arms. They embraced on the landing, and whispered words meant just for them, and the day had officially begun . . . . .

Timeless, elegant, classic. All of these words could be used to describe Molly and Harrison’s incredibly perfect wedding day at the Tampa Yacht and Country Club, and they STILL wouldn’t be enough to tell you just how wonderful this day was! Molly rocked some SERIOUSLY classic style that had everyone calling her Jackie O all day long (only she looked even better!) and Harrison looked incredibly dapper in a fitted tuxedo and black velvet loafers. After sharing one of the sweetest first looks ever (we seriously couldn’t take the suspense of Molly slowly walking down the staircase towards him!) the four of us explored the grounds of the Yacht Club before they said their I-Do’s in a waterside ceremony. We loved how the garden lights twinkled in the background behind them, making the moment feel even more full of warmth.
The floral color palette of the day was kept clean and soft, sticking to green and ivory hues which popped against the bridesmaid dresses perfectly, and the reception space looked so opulent with all of the high/low centerpieces and chandeliers that we couldn’t help but gasp when we first saw the room put together (there were at least a few times during this day that Ben said he felt like he was at the White House). After dinner and some sweet and funny toasts the awesome MVP band kicked the night off and one epic party of a reception ensued. And because an amazing day shouldn’t end any differently, guests sent Molly and Harrison off with a sparkler exit at the end of the night (which promptly turned into a patriotic sing-along after the couple left – so fun!)
Molly and Harrison, you are two of the sweetest and most welcoming humans on the planet, and we couldn’t have felt luckier to be the ones to preserve your wedding day!
