We sat in a diner booth laughing across the table. They told us about their first meeting and their travels and every little detail of their proposal. The two of them have a sweet, yet quiet kind of love, and sitting in our back corner booth it was impossible not to feel it’s warmth. So when we found out we were going to be the lucky ones to share that love with the world we were more than a little excited!
The four of us met up in Philippe Park, where they easily alternated between cuddling sweetly and laughing wholeheartedly beneath the sun-filled moss of the trees. And after a bit of exploring the park we headed downtown, where we were gifted with the softest sunset over the water. Watching them on the end of the dock, surrounded by the boats and the warm light (and a pretty kickin’ soundtrack being pumped into an event nearby) made the entire thing feel like a dream.
Liz and Chad, we couldn’t have loved this afternoon with you two any more! Thank you two for being so easy going and up for anything, we had a blast!
