Claudia and Branson’s Oxford Exchange brunch wedding was the kind of day that reminds us exactly why we do what we do. Warm, personal, and overflowing with joy, it was impossible not to smile from the second we arrived until the final scoop of ice cream. These two aren’t just in love—they’re best friends, and every single moment proved it.
The day kicked off early on the waterfront of Plant Park, where they met for a first look that set the tone for everything that followed. The second Branson saw Claudia, he went from nervous to teary-eyed to breaking into the griddy in about 0.5 seconds. (We repeat: our kind of people.) He even took a second to check out her fabulous shoes before they strolled the park together for portraits beneath the morning light. Afterward, the two of them shared private vows in a sweet moment that left all of us with teary eyes.
When it was time to head to Oxford Exchange, guests gathered upstairs in the Shaw Library for the ceremony. Instead of a traditional setup, everyone sat at long feasting tables, which made it feel like an intimate dinner party—except in the morning, and with vows. When Claudia and Branson were announced husband and wife, they both shouted in pure celebration, and the joy was contagious. You could feel the love in that room—not just from them, but from every family member and friend who came to cheer them on.
Then came brunch, and we’re still thinking about it. Truffle mac and cheese, french toast, club sandwiches, fresh fruit, salads, and cheeses were all arranged like something out of a brunch lover’s dream. We didn’t know french toast at a wedding could be this life-changing, but here we are.
After hugs, laughter, and full bellies, the couple made their exit through a tunnel of high-fives and happy faces. But instead of calling it a day, they did something completely them—they went for ice cream. Not just any ice cream, but Chill Bros., their favorite date night spot. It was the perfect ending to a morning filled with meaning, laughter, and more than a few happy tears.
Claudia and Branson, you two made the day feel like magic. You’re the kind of people who light up a room (or a garden, or an ice cream shop) just by being yourselves, and we’re so grateful we got to be part of this chapter of your story.
