The sounds of the strings floated through the air, and found the two of them at the center of the courtyard. Holding each other close and turning slowly to the music, they allowed the meaning of the moment to finally land. They were MARRIED. Just a few short moments ago, in front of their closest family and friends, they had officially spoken their vows after so many years of waiting. And the only moment that truly mattered to them about this day, being officially husband and wife, was finally here to be celebrated . . . . . . .

Katherine and Arden are married! They had a gorgeous and intimate wedding day at the Museum of Fine Arts in downtown St. Pete which we couldn’t have adored being a part of any more. Katherine wore a perfectly fitted gown and neutral colored heels, and her bridal look was completed so sweetly by her mother’s veil. After getting ready she met Arden for their smile-filled first look (those snaps of him seeing her for the first time are some of our favorite of the whole day) and then the four of us ventured into the oh-so picturesque Straub Park for their portraits. Afterwards the two of them said their vows in a candle lit ceremony in the garden of the museum, and then shared their first dance in the same spot once the guests had all gone inside. Watching the two of them together, and hearing the musicians play so softly as they danced, felt like something straight out of a movie (so there are no apologies that we teared up right along with them ; )
As always, Wonderland Floral Art blew us away with their arrangements (can we just talk about that floral fountain?!) and Jessica made the day run so insanely smoothly. From the very first moment we arrived to the send-off, every bit of this day happened flawlessly and was such a joy to be a part of.
Katherine and Arden, we’ve just loved getting to know you both! We hope that Hawaii was a blast and that you two enjoy every second of being newlyweds!
