lange farm wedding: nicole + dan

It was there in their smiles. As they each stood facing the other, hands cupped tightly over their eyes. Not seeing one another, but feeling the breath from their anxious giggles, and the excitement in their voices. And as they shared their first kiss of the day, not looking into each other’s eyes or saying many words – just feeling, it was still there. Because when it comes to love, a feeling is all you need .  .  .

Nicole and Dan are married! They had a seriously stunning wedding day at Lange Farm, where we were so excited to finally shoot! The entire property is absolutely gorgeous, and was the perfect setting for the detail-filled wedding day that these two put together. We loved the ceremony décor, complete with doors that gave Nicole a grand entrance to the ceremony, and a tree draped with crystals that caught the light in the loveliest way. But as pretty as all of that was, Nicole and Dan’s vows and ceremony wording topped it all! They wrote the most love-filled (and hilarious) ceremony that felt so much like “them”. It was just perfect in every way!

The reception was filled with mismatched china, which gave the tables such a fancy yet homey feel, and instead of a guestbook guests signed a bench for Nicole and Dan to keep in their home. From start to finish there were so many unique details to this day, that truly made it feel like a celebration of the two of them!

Nicole and Dan, thank you guys for an amazing (and super fun!) day! We absolutely adore you both and LOVED being a part of it!
