He has the kind of smile that not only lights up his face, but any others around him. It’s big and contagious and seems to shed a light onto anything it touches. And she, the girl who brings out the warmest of these smiles, has a soft sweetness about her. It’s gentle and kind and shines out her eyes in the most genuine of ways.
And that day, as the lanterns swayed in the wind, they stood hand in hand. She brought out his brightest of smiles and he made her eyes shine in the way they do just for him, and they vowed to make a life filled with the light and warmth that they so easily brought out in each other . . . .

Pam and Kevin are married! We always love getting to go back to Cross Creek Ranch, where somehow only the most magical wedding days seem to take place. And this one was absolutely no different. There was a soft breeze in the air as well as the loveliest golden light as the two of them shared their first look on the front lawn of the ranch. And after, there was not a cloud in the sky as they said their vows beneath the giant oak. From start to finish there was an ease about the day, both in how naturally these two love each other and how smoothly every bit of it went. After, when we got to the finale of the night and had to hug the two of them at the end of their sparkler tunnel, we were genuinely sad it was all over.
Pam wore a stunning dress, with an open back and beading we had never seen before. And if you heard the crazy story about how quickly it came into her life you absolutely wouldn’t believe how perfectly it fit her! She looked radiant, and watching Kevin see her for the first time at their first look was so incredibly sweet. It was the perfect moment, filled with both laughter and tears, and those same tears and laughter followed them into their ceremony later that afternoon.
In addition to the heartfelt feel of the day, it was stunning as well. Florals in the mixed color palette of pink, navy and chianti were found in every bit of the details including the asymmetrical altar at the ceremony and later the reception centerpieces. In a word, it was just perfection.
Pam and Kevin, from our very first chat we have loved getting to be along for your wed-venture, and we can’t wait to see all the good things to come for you two in this next chapter! Thank you again for the sweetest of gifts, we are just so thankful to know you both! Thank you for having us at your Cross Creek Ranch wedding, we hope you love these snaps as much as we do!
