Seeing the two of them together makes you understand fairytales. They complement each other, not in a way that makes you see them as opposites, but as two souls made so perfectly to fit together you can’t help but believe in a world of happily ever afters. So as they walked back up the aisle that day there were no words more fitting, than the ones that rang through the echo of the woods…..

Mandy and Ken are married! Before their amazing reception they said their “I-Do’s” in the most enchanting of ceremonies. It included a hand fasting ritual and so much laughter. Then they shared a kiss beneath the mossy oaks. The jewel-toned color palette of the bridesmaid dresses and florals popped beautifully against the lush greenery of the Cross Creek wedding venue. And we were basically obsessed with every bit of Mandy’s bridal look. From her succulent-filled bouquet to her grandmother’s heirloom pearls and also the lace appliqué of her gown, every detail turned us into a walking, talking version of the heart eye emoji. Ken looked incredibly dapper as well, and the two of them shared the smiliest of first looks before heading to their ceremony in the enchanted forest.

After the ceremony, guests headed to cocktail hour before finding seats in the stable. There, the reception was decorated beautifully, with greenery draped chandeliers hanging over the feasting tables and also geometric centerpieces mixed in with the flowers and candles. After their grand entrance the newlyweds surprised guests with an amazing choreographed first dance. Then, in a surprise moment of her own, Mandy also debuted a groom’s cake sporting Ken’s alma mater. After the party the newlyweds ran through a sparkler-lined tunnel before heading off to begin their happily ever after.

Mandy and Ken, from the moment we first met we’ve just adored you two to bits, and we couldn’t have felt luckier to spend the day by your sides. Truly, thank you for making every bit of your wedding journey so fun. Your Cross Creek wedding was a highlight of our year.
