The sun didn’t shine much that day. But by looking at the two of them you never would have known, because they seem to bring their own sunshine wherever they go. It shone out of her eyes every time she looked up at him, and was there in the warmth of his smile. Their’s is a love that will stand the test of time, and easily weather any storm. Because no matter what happens in this big crazy world, the two of them will make their own sunny days . . . . .

Aymee and Michael tied the knot! They had such a beautiful wedding ceremony before a Cross Creek Ranch reception, and we couldn’t be any more excited to share all our favorite parts! The two of them shared a sweet first look that ended in the longest, sweetest hug, before a ceremony that couldn’t have felt any more magical.
Aymee walked down the aisle of the enchanted forest in a pair of sparkly Kate Spades, and you never would have known by looking at Michael’s smile that he had already laid eyes on his bride that day. It was if it was it was the very first time he had ever seen her. After, the two of them were married in a short and sweet ceremony surrounded by family and friends. And there weren’t very many dry eyes left in the crowd by the end. These two have known each other since they were 9 and 10 year old nextdoor neighbors. And you could feel every moment of that history as they spoke their vows beneath the trees before their nearest and dearest.
The color palette highlighted Tiffany blue, which added such a cheery pop to the day. Aymee is also a photographer and we LOVED how important pictures were to her and and Michael. So they gave us tons of time in their timeline for portraits and we got to explore some of our favorite Cross Creek spots. Additionally, we finally shoot in a spot that we’ve been dying to (thank you Aymee for being up for some extreme off-roading! ; ) We were just obsessed with all the greenery we were able to include in their portraits. In a word, from the first look to the sparkler exit the entire day couldn’t have been more fun!
Aymee and Michael, thank you so much for inviting us to spend your best day ever by your side’s, we loved every minute! Your ceremony and Cross Creek Ranch reception were such a joy to photograph.
