After the first five minutes of this engagement session, we literally turned to one another and giddily smiled. The setting was so insanely fun, the weather was picture perfect, and the couple at the center of it all was oh-so-stunning inside and out. It felt like one of those *pinch me* moments, where we have to take a step outside of ourselves for a minute and acknowledge that this is our real, actual life and somehow our “work”. Friends, get ready to meet the insanely adorable Olivia and Rex!
Rex is a private pilot, and proposed to Olivia mid-flight, so the two thought it would be fun to include some shots at the airport. And if you know us, you know we never say no to a personalized location! So the four of us met up there before finishing the night on the waterfront by the Dali Museum.
We spent the session talking about their love story and wedding plans, all things parenthood, and *even* got to hear a surprise performance by Shaggy. (We know, we didn’t think the day could get better either ; ) It was oh so much fun, and we were genuinely sad when the evening was over and it was time to part ways. The two of them have such a sweet, welcoming way about them and we couldn’t help but feel we had just met two new friends at the end of the night.
Olivia and Rex, we couldn’t be any more excited to do this all over again with you both oh so soon! After the dreaminess of your engagement session we know your wedding day at the Mahaffey is going to be next level amazing!
