There’s nothing more rewarding than being part of a family’s story over the years, and this Maternity Mini Session with Kaitlin, Robert, and their little boy Kellan was such a special one to capture. Ben and I had the honor of photographing Kaitlin and Robert’s engagement and wedding day, and now, watching their family grow has been the greatest joy. With baby number two on the way, this session was all about celebrating this sweet season of anticipation!
We met at one of my favorite parks, where the setting was just as serene and beautiful as this growing family. We started with family photos by a charming bench, where Kaitlin and Robert looked so proud and happy as Kellan stole the show with his infectious smile. It’s easy to see how much he’s loved—and how much fun he’s going to have as a big brother!
Of course, we had to capture some solo shots of Kellan, who brought all the personality to this session. From his curious little expressions to his playful energy, every photo felt so genuine and full of life. Then it was time for a sweet moment just for Kaitlin and her baby bump. Standing in the golden light, cradling her belly, she absolutely glowed with that mama-to-be magic.
This maternity mini session wasn’t just about documenting a milestone—it was about celebrating the love and connection that make this family so special.
