Their letter’s didn’t look at all the same. One was on a single, notecard sized paper , and the other’s words barely fit on a page four times the size. The handwriting was completely different in style, and they each ended in a different way. But, as different as they looked, what each letter spoke of was the same. Words promising forever and of a new chapter that would start that day. Of how each made the other a better version of themselves, and how from this day forward, they would never be apart. And in watching them read each other’s letters, you knew that what they had was going to last. Because even though he wrote his words on a small piece of stationary, and she could barely fit hers on a single normal page, the love in their words was the same. And it was that love that was going to bind them together for the rest of their days . . .

Erin and Kyle are married! They had a beautiful outdoor wedding at Erin’s family’s home, with a traditional ceremony on the water and a reception beneath the string lights and stars. Erin looked ridiculously perfect in every sense of the word, in a stunning Romona Keveza gown and simple, sparkly accessories. The wedding party was filled with only the people who meant the most to the couple, including Kyle’s sweet son filling the role of best man, and Erin’s sister as Maid of Honor. (Can we just talk about how adorable these two sisters are?! Seriously can’t handle it!) The entire bridal party was just too much fun, and we loved exploring some side streets with them to find the most lovely of portrait locations!
We loved so many part of this day, from their tear-filled letter exchange and first look to the intimate ketubah signing later, to the fact that the entire reception felt like the most wonderful of cocktail parties. It was an absolutely perfect day for two people who couldn’t possible deserve it more.
Erin + Kyle, thank you so much for such a wonderfully fun day! We adored documenting every minute of it, and hope you love this little peek into your best day ever!
