Tarpon Springs Engagement Session

tarpon springs engagement: kailyn + adam

This is a rare time on the blog, where we are actually sharing Kailyn + Adam’s engagement session ON their wedding day! That’s right, these two are tying the knot today and we couldn’t be more excited to be headed out the door to spend the day with them! After a ton of rainy day cancellations and a couple of scheduling conflicts we finally got together with these two for their engagement session back where it all started at the Tarpon Tavern. We were so excited to find a day the four of us could get together, and were stoked about a finally sunny day to shoot!

Well, that sunny day we had waiting so long for turned into a downpour of an afternoon, with crazy lighting and yucky gray skies as soon as we got to Tarpon Springs. Lucky for us we came armed with some umbrellas, and Kailyn and Adam were insanely good sports as they hopped from awning to awning to squeeze a couple shots in. (And Ben was a good sport as he super strongly held both an umbrella and his camera while he shot.) It definitely wasn’t a perfect day weather wise, but as the two of them cuddled up on the porch of the place where they first began their story, it felt perfect for them.

Kailyn + Adam, thank you so much for a wonderful rainy day date! We loved spending the afternoon with you guys, and are so excited to do it all over again today!

Love + Laughs,

Sarah & Ben
